Your wine selection was perfect. The roses were stupendous. My wife had absolutely no idea what was going on until the roses and champagne were brought to the table without my saying anything. Only then did she realize that the whole evening was orchestrated. Our server was great and very sensitive to it being a special evening for us. So the evening was all we could have wanted, and besides that it was fun. We look forward to seeing you again soon."
