USDA Choice Hand-Cut Ribeye Steak      tender, flavorful char broiled to temperature, brushed with garlic pepper, olive oil and rosemary.  Creekstone Farms meat is a cut above the competition for flavor.  served with a red wine horseradish steak butter and Yukon mashed potatoes.  -

USDA Choice New York Strip with Marchand de Vin Sauce classic cut with classic sauce (shallots, wine, thyme, bay leaf, cracked peppercorns and demi glace butter).

Slow cooked Lamb Shank     this tender and succulent dish is slow cooked in a velvety rosemary and wine sauce. it has been a Tremont favorite since 1999.

Sea Scallops    sauteed with a vermouth finish and service with sliced roma tomoes, asparagus and rice. 

Walleye Amandine   almond crusted walleye sauteed in herb butter and caramelized with amaretto liquor to a candied finish.  served with rice and fresh vegetable au jour

Grilled Salmon     wild caught and served with dill butter sauce and herbed rice pilaf. 

Ahi Yellowfin Tuna   blackened in a saute pan with Cajun spicing. 

Shrimp Scampi  five large shrimp sauteed with farlic, butter and wine.  served over angel hair pasta. 

 

 

Maytag Blue Cheese Pasta with Chicken     fresh spinach and creamy gorgonzola cheese sauce tossed with penne pasta and tender grilled chicken breast.  

Smoked Gouda Stuffed Chicken  delicious melted gouda cheese stuffed in a tender chicken breast then wrapped with prosciutto ham drizzled with ssherry butter.  served with Yukon masked potatoes and vegetalbe du jour. 

Pasta Angelina   penne pasta tossed with sauteed artichokes, fresh tomato and Feta cheese in a creamy

pesto sauce. 

 

Baked Brie     creamy mild french cheese baked with almonds and butter and served with toast points and

apple slices. - 

Select Stuffed Mushrooms     plump, jumbo mushrooms filled with Boursin herbed cheese and then baked to a tender sweet finish.

Bruschetta     fresh diced tomatoes, herbs, olive oil and seasonings atop toasted french bread slices.

Shrimp Cocktail     4 jumbo shrimp cooked up fresh in Tremont seasoning.  Served on a bed of ice with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce. 

Tremont Traditional Salad     served with fresh spring mix and Romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, baby green beans and red onion with your choice of dressing.

Fresh Apple, Walnut and Crumbled Blue Cheese Salad     sweet ripe apples, candied walnuts and crumbled blue cheese atop a bed of fresh greens and drizzled with a special vinaigrette dressing.

Caesar Salad   romaine lettuce tossed with caesar dressing, croutons and parmesan cheese.
